Meet Helen

I’m Helen — a coach and mentor supporting women through anxiety and life transitions.

For many years, I lived on the capable side of life. I was reliable, responsible, and outwardly composed. Inside, I carried a constant sense of pressure — overthinking, striving, and holding it all together.

 

It took time for me to understand that what I called “drive” was often anxiety in disguise.

 

My work today is shaped not only by professional training, but by lived experience — of identity shifts, caregiving, loss, and the quiet recalibration that often comes in midlife. I understand how unsettling it can feel when old ways of coping no longer work, and when confidence needs to be rebuilt from the inside out.

 

I work calmly, thoughtfully, and with respect for the pace your nervous system needs. There is no pushing, fixing, or rushing here — just steady support as you navigate change and begin to trust yourself again.

 

This work isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about inhabiting who you are now — with clarity, self-trust, and steadiness.
