A few questions you might have

If you’re considering this work, it’s natural to have questions.

This page offers some gentle clarity about how the ABC Method works, what these conversations are like, and what you can expect — so you can decide, in your own time, whether it feels right for you.

General Questions

Q. What is the ABC Method?
A. The ABC Method™ is a structured, 8-session approach designed to support lasting calm, clarity, and self-trust. Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, it works at the level of understanding patterns, regulating the nervous system, and gently shifting how you relate to anxiety, pressure, and yourself.

This work is psychologically informed, evidence-based, and held in a way that prioritises safety over force.

Q. Who is this work for?
A. This work is suited to people who appear capable on the outside but feel anxious, unsettled, or depleted internally — particularly those navigating periods of transition, responsibility, or identity shift.

You don’t need to be in crisis, and you don’t need a diagnosis. A sense that something isn’t quite working anymore is enough.

Q. Is this offered online?
A. Yes. All sessions take place online via Google Meet, allowing you to take part from wherever you feel most comfortable.

Q. Can this help with work-related anxiety or pressure?
A. Yes. Many people come to this work because anxiety is affecting their confidence, clarity, or capacity at work — often alongside wider life pressures. Sessions are shaped around your context and experience.

Q. Do I need a referral or diagnosis?
A. No. This is non-clinical coaching support. You’re welcome to explore it without referrals or formal assessments.

About the sessions

Q. How are sessions structured?
A. Sessions are held online and last around 45–50 minutes. Each session builds on the last, following the ABC framework while remaining responsive to what’s most relevant for you.

Q. What happens during a session?
A. Sessions offer space to reflect, understand patterns, and practise tools that support regulation and clarity. The work is collaborative, paced, and tailored — not prescriptive.

Q. Is the programme personalised?
A. Yes. While the ABC Method provides structure, the work is always shaped around your needs, experiences, and capacity.

Outcomes and change

Q. How quickly do things begin to shift?
A. Some people notice changes early on; for others, shifts happen more gradually. This work isn’t about quick fixes — it’s about change that can settle and be sustained.

Q. Is this a long-term solution?
A. The intention is to support changes that last beyond the sessions themselves, helping you relate differently to anxiety, pressure, and self-trust over time.

Practical details

Q. What is the investment?
A.The full 8-session programme is £1500. Payment plans are available.

Q. What is your cancellation or refund policy?
A. If you choose to discontinue, unused sessions are refunded on a pro-rata basis.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept BACs and PayPal (PayPal fees apply).

Q. How do I book or reschedule sessions?
